Calcium for Strong Bones
Dairy industries convince us all the time that drinking milk will keep our bones strong. They say this is done to prevent osteoporosis. However, there is a 12-year Harvard study that says women who took their calcium from dairy products were actually found out to have more broken bones that those women who rarely take milk. The study was made using 78,000 women which make it credible enough.
Another interesting study in Sydney Australia for elder men and women showed that those who consume high dairy products were more at risk for fractures than those who had the lowest consumption.
