Most couples dream of having a baby during the 1st or 2nd year of their marriage. Some steps are necessary for a successful conceiving.
STOP CONTRACEPTION: Stopping using contraception methods such as condom and contraceptive pills will be a sure way for a successful conceiving. But prior use of contraceptives will delay the return of fertility. This may usually take up to 12 months.
HEALTHY WEIGHT: Women who are overweight, underweight or who smoke are most likely to have difficulty in conceiving. If you need to lose weight, you should do it before pregnancy because dieting is not advised for women who are pregnant.
