There are several factors that affect your sex drive and the two major factors are interdependent, the physical and emotional factors. Hormonal balance is a simple explanation for low libido. And often times, stress is the cause because a tired body affects not just your strength to have sex but you will also find it hard to concentrate during the sexual activity because your mental aspect cannot function well. When you’re stressed, almost every aspect of your body is affected. Of course, we may not be so visual when it comes to sex but it can still be a factor that drives our libido away. And also, there is a connection between nutrition and libido. Nutritional deficiencies can also affect hormones thus, low sexual appetite.
